There have been many an issue in getting back to blogging. My 9 to 5 has been more demanding than normal...something that will be rectified these next two weeks. I'm hoping this will give me the time to take the time to make some major decisions...namely: creating my own self-publishing name, registering, etc.
I've been reading and re-reading a few things back and forth, making some decisions and trying to figure out just how deep do I want to plunge. Yes, yes, insert dirty joke here. I'll wait. We can compare notes later. :)
At any rate, I'm hoping to have paperwork settled this week, get the bank stuff opened up, and then start opening up the book and short stories to other sites, namely Kobo. Then, I fix some continuity errors in my latest novel and hopefully get that bad boy up there. Then work on the next few ones and get them up there.
Sure, they're technically practice, but is there a use just sitting on them while I divert my attention elsewhere? From what I've heard/read/seen...most likely not. I'd love to have all 7 novels up and running online...but first, the company. Once that gets up and running, I'll dedicate my time to maintaining and building a website. It's odd, really, how much time I've spent writing and world building that I forgot about this place.
I'll post names and information as it starts to develop.
